A B2B SaaS that transforms corporate web/app services into senior-friendly UI/UX in real time. It solves the accessibility problem for companies missing out on the surging senior consumer base, and now is the perfect time for explosive growth as we enter a super-aging society.

Why This Idea

As digital transformation accelerates, the digital marginalization of the senior generation is worsening. Companies want to attract senior customers with high purchasing power, but a complete overhaul of existing services involves a huge burden of cost and resources. Major countries worldwide, including Korea, are entering a super-aging society, and the rate of digital device usage among seniors is soaring. With accessibility regulations also tightening, corporate needs are at a tipping point. UI Engineer/Web Publisher builds a senior-friendly component system. Frontend Engineer develops an easily integrable SDK/plugin. Backend Engineer handles traffic and API architecture. Service Planner/PM defines the MVP based on B2B needs. Freelance Full-stack Engineer leads overall architecture and cloud operations.

Why This Problem Must Be Solved

Most digital services are designed for younger generations with small fonts, low contrast, and complex interfaces. This makes it extremely difficult for users over 50 to access essential services like e-commerce, fintech, and healthcare. Companies recognize this ‘senior drop-off’ as a massive loss in revenue. However, building a separate senior-friendly version requires prohibitive development costs and maintenance resources. A fundamental alternative that significantly improves UX with minimal code changes is urgently needed.

Why Now Is the Right Time

Korea will enter a super-aging society by 2025, and the global silver economy is expanding into the trillions. Baby boomers hold strong purchasing power and are increasingly using smartphones, yet still face barriers with complex UIs. Moreover, legal regulations mandating Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are tightening globally, increasing compliance risks for companies. There is currently no dominant B2B SaaS solution that converts existing web/apps into a ‘real-time senior mode,’ making it the optimal time to capture the market.

The Change This Creates

This B2B SaaS enables companies to activate a ‘Senior Mode’ simply by inserting a few lines of script or integrating an SDK. It automatically simplifies and renders font sizes, contrast, button sizes, and complex navigation based on user accessibility settings or age data. Seniors can use services intuitively without eye strain, dramatically increasing conversion rates and session times. Ultimately, it will become the standard infrastructure for an ‘inclusive digital environment’ where all generations enjoy digital benefits without discrimination.

Why This Approach Works

Previously, companies had to develop separate ’lite’ apps or rely on simple widgets like magnifiers. This idea leverages the strong accessibility (WCAG) expertise of our UI and Frontend engineers to analyze existing DOM structures and semantically rearrange components, creating a technical moat. Introducing AI-based layout analysis reduces the integration effort for client companies to near zero. By proving core metrics (increased conversion) early on, we maximize the lock-in effect.

How Far This Can Go

Initially, we will target finance, insurance, and healthcare sectors, which have high dependency on senior customers, to validate PMF. We can then horizontally expand to e-commerce, public institutions, and O2O services. Korea, aging faster than any other country, serves as the perfect testbed. The proven solution can be rapidly exported to aging markets like Japan, Europe, and North America. Long-term, it has the potential to grow into a global accessibility standard platform covering all digitally marginalized groups.
