Resolves inefficiencies faced by logistics warehouses using robots from various manufacturers with incompatible systems. Through a single interface, it manages heterogeneous robots and creates optimal workflows, achieving true automation and productivity improvement.

Why This Idea

Logistics warehouses are introducing robots to solve labor shortages, but robots from different manufacturers cannot communicate, causing operational bottlenecks. This diminishes the effectiveness of automation despite massive investments. With the surge in robot deployments, market demand for integrated management of heterogeneous robots is exploding. Coupled with the trend towards fully automated warehouses, the lack of an overarching control system has emerged as a critical challenge. This project requires a ‘Backend Engineer’ to design complex system integrations, a ‘UI Engineer’ to display intuitive robot control statuses, and a ‘Service Planner’ to define field problems and design the MVP.

Why This Problem Must Be Solved

Current logistics warehouses use a mix of robots (AGVs, sorting, packing) from various brands. However, each operates on its own control system, making organic cooperation impossible. If Robot A brings an item, Robot B cannot immediately take it, causing wait times and collision risks. Existing systems are brand-centric or require massive customization costs. Consequently, logistics companies fail to achieve the expected throughput increases despite robot adoption.

Why Now Is the Right Time

The logistics robot market is growing rapidly, shifting focus from hardware sales to system integration. With rising minimum wages and labor shortages, robot adoption is mandatory. Investors are increasingly interested in software companies connecting robots rather than hardware makers. Since a dominant global standard platform hasn’t emerged, introducing a flexible, scalable integrated control system now offers a prime opportunity to capture the market.

The Change This Creates

Our solution acts as a central command center, orchestrating all warehouse robots like a symphony. It connects various robot systems in a standardized way, regardless of the manufacturer, issuing real-time tasks and optimizing paths. Managers can monitor and control the entire logistical flow from a single, unified screen without checking individual systems. This minimizes idle time and maximizes overall warehouse throughput, realizing true smart logistics.

Why This Approach Works

Unlike heavy on-premise systems from large SI firms, we provide standardized, cloud-based adapters for fast, flexible integration. This allows SMB warehouses to adopt the system without massive upfront costs. Our greatest strength is being a vendor-neutral platform. By continuously adding protocols for new robot models, we build a technical moat that ensures immediate compatibility regardless of what robots customers adopt in the future.

How Far This Can Go

Starting with mid-to-large fulfillment centers in Korea, we can quickly expand globally. The application can extend beyond warehouses to manufacturing plants, large hospitals, and smart buildings where multiple robots operate. Long-term, using accumulated operational data, we will evolve into a comprehensive automation platform that consults on the optimal robot combinations and layouts for specific environments.
