Editorial opinion startupxo

This recent conflict has become a big topic, and it's interesting that experienced VCs like Menlo Ventures have shown significant interest in Factory. I'm curious about a more specific and objective evaluation of the company's internal situation and technological capabilities. Also, since Menlo has not disclosed the amount of its investment, I wonder how much actual influence or management participation they have relative to the investment size.
