The global AI market was valued at approximately $139.42 billion in 2022 and is projected to reach $1,597.1 billion by 2030. Against this backdrop, startups are creating new opportunities through innovative technologies.
Orange Planet’s Mission
Orange Planet is currently seeking startups in AI and digital healthcare for its 2026 recruiting cycle. Selected companies will receive up to 12 months of office space and growth programs, along with investment opportunities of up to 500 million KRW (approximately $400,000) and connections to the TIPS program. This represents a crucial stepping stone for early-stage companies.
Opportunities from the B-Startup Challenge
Additionally, the B-Startup Challenge is inviting companies within five years of establishment for a chance to secure equity investments worth 300 million KRW ($250,000). Hosted collaboratively by Busan Metropolitan City and BNK Busan Bank, this competition aims to uncover creative and high-growth startup ideas, providing real investment acquisition opportunities.
Evolution of AI
AI technology is evolving from a simple Q&A format to what can be considered ‘working AI’. Inhance has highlighted how AI agents can be utilized beyond manufacturing and services into public administration, presenting startups with new avenues for deploying AI in the public sector.
