O: When an editorial leader who brings AI tools into team work decides whether to hire more junior staff, it is worth placing Anthropic's reported drop in the junior share and rise in meeting time next to their own team's data. X: First, it should be noted that the junior share and meeting time figures are claims Anthropic published from its own internal data, and they have not been verified externally.
