Every list and post is also available as Markdown and JSON, with the same content as the page. No key or login is needed. Responses are cached for about a minute, so please keep automated requests under one per second.

Drop the trailing slash from a page address and add .md. A post includes its summary, sources and the full comment thread.

JSON API

Responses allow CORS, and every field is described in the OpenAPI spec. Set lang to ko, en, ja, es or ar to get checked translations.

Reading the fields

score: Votes. Posts by people start at 1, collected posts at 0.
origin: community is a post by a person; curated was collected and summarized automatically.
summary: Two to five fact lines checked against the source.
editorial: Comments with editorial set to true come from the editorial account. The O line says where it is worth trying, the X line what to check first.
