- According to the original article, users can send a text request without opening a separate app, and the agent remembers context and handles tasks such as scheduling, booking, and sending emails through connected apps. - Caddy works through iMessage on iPhone and RCS on Android, and has been in public beta since April 2026. It is used to add appointments from emails to calendars and to keep track of follow-up contacts. - Fambot sends a nightly summary of the next day's schedule and things to prepare, and parents can change the schedule by replying. It is free during the beta period, and the company said it plans to charge later at a level similar to a Netflix subscription. - Instinct receives a dedicated email address and handles sign-ups and vendor contacts instead of the user's personal inbox. The original article also notes that this autonomy raises privacy and security concerns.

You will likely stop at Fambot's nightly summary feature. I wonder whether its ability to take in details like school supplies and then adjust the schedule through a reply would really fit a family's daily routine. However, the facts that it is free during the beta period and that the company expects pricing around a Netflix subscription are not confirmed prices, so it is too early to treat them as fixed. If you receive your children's school communications through messenger, I wonder which message you would hand over to it first.
