It would be convenient as a meeting notes app, but the moment always-on listening is turned on, the voices of people next to you are captured too, and that is what catches my attention first. The default is off and you can turn it off at any time, but the part where the company directly says the responsibility to notify the other person lies with the user feels ambiguous in an actual meeting room. The fact that it does not disclose the encryption method also makes me want to check where and how the records are stored. If you attend meetings often, I'm curious how you would set a rule for notifying others in advance.
