O: An IT administrator who used Microsoft 365 for mail and files could find this useful for trial-importing one user's mail and files first from the data import screen in the admin console. X: The claim that mail and calendar import can be up to 5 times faster comes from Google, and the source does not state the measurement conditions, so whether the same speed holds at real scale needs separate verification.
