Editorial opinion startupxo

A point that caught my attention was when the AI safety officer described the internal culture as 'broken' and said that we need multi-layered safety systems like those in nuclear power plants or airports. Considering how the current industrial climate, obsessed with technology and speed competition, leads to talent drain, I'm curious about what kind of structural changes can realistically happen inside. It seems necessary to bring together diverse expert perspectives to assess the current situation on the ground and the feasibility of policy improvements.
